Inner child work

Who: Suitable for 16-25 and parents
Where: Face-to-face or online
What: A compassionate approach that helps you connect with the younger parts of yourself to support healing, self-understanding, and lasting emotional growth.

About: I use inner child work to help you gently explore the roots of current emotional patterns, often shaped by early experiences or unmet needs. This approach offers a supportive way to reconnect with younger parts of yourself and create space for healing, self-compassion, and change.

Inner child work invites you to explore how past experiences may still influence how you feel, behave, or relate to others today. These “younger parts” might show up in moments of anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or emotional reactivity. In my practice, we work together to meet these parts with curiosity and care, whether through visualisation, creative techniques, or reflective conversation, depending on what feels right for you.

This gentle work can help you shift old patterns, meet long-held emotional needs, and develop a more secure, compassionate relationship with yourself. Whether online or face-to-face, I create a calm and supportive space for you to reconnect, heal, and grow at your own pace.
