Counselling
In my practice, counselling provides a safe, confidential space to talk through thoughts, feelings, and challenges—whether you’re a young person navigating the transitions of adolescence and early adulthood, or a parent/carer seeking support. With my degree and diploma in counselling, I offer guided conversations tailored to your unique experience, helping you pause, reflect, and gain clarity on what matters most to you, without fear of judgement. Together, we develop new insights, coping strategies, and emotional resilience to face life’s challenges with greater confidence.
I also offer dyadic and single sessions where a parent and child (which can include both parents*, or single parent families) come together to improve communication and rebuild trust in their family setting. In these sessions, we explore shared experiences and emotions in a supportive setting, fostering understanding, empathy, and connection between both individuals. This approach can be especially helpful during times of family stress or change, helping to strengthen bonds and create healthier ways of relating. Whether online or face-to-face, my counselling work is focused on supporting emotional wellbeing and personal growth at every stage.
